1. Free Shipping & Transit Insurance

  • 100% Free Delivery: We provide complimentary shipping and delivery on all items across India.

  • Transit Insurance: Every single order is fully insured by JNJ until it reaches your doorstep, ensuring your purchase is completely safe and risk-free.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your product within 30 days under the following conditions:

  • Jewellery Collection: A 100% refund will be credited directly to your BANK ACCOUNT once the product is successfully returned and passes quality checks. (Note: This is not applicable on solitaires valued above INR 3 Lakh and coins).

  • German Silver Items: Refunds are issued strictly only if the item is received in a damaged condition. Upon verification, the refund will be credited as a JNJ Brand Voucher.

  • MMTC Items: There is strictly NO REFUND permitted on any MMTC items under any circumstances.

  • Vouchers & Gift Cards: For items purchased via original vouchers/gift cards, the amount will be refunded back to the same voucher/gift card, subject to its terms and conditions (e.g., one-time use or discount vouchers are not applicable for refunds).

  • Return Shipping: We offer FREE return shipping across India for all eligible products within this 30-day window.

3. How to Initiate a Return Within 30 Days

  1. Prepare the Package: Place your jewellery back into its original packaging materials along with its product certificate.

  2. Handover Process (Based on Product Value):

    • Under ₹35,000: Simply hand over the original packaging to our assigned pickup agent.

    • ₹35,000 or Above (JNJ Employee Pickup): Securely hand over the product directly to the JNJ representative arriving for pickup.

    • ₹35,000 or Above (3rd Party Courier Pickup): We will first ship a tamper-proof packet to your doorstep. Secure your jewellery inside it and seal it tightly before the courier agent arrives. Once sealed, this packet cannot be opened without being visibly destroyed. Hand over the sealed packet on your scheduled pickup date.

  3. Collect Proof: Always collect a physical acknowledgment receipt, a photo of the tracking number, or an SMS confirmation from the pickup agent.

  4. Refund Processing: Once the item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a standard quality check. Your refund will be processed to your account within 2–3 working days of approval.

4. Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back (LTE/LBB) Policy

We offer Lifetime Exchange and Buy-Back on all eligible purchases made within India. You can avail of this service online or by visiting our retail store.

  • Value Calculation: The exchange or buy-back value is calculated based on the prevailing market rate on the exact day the request is raised.

  • Processing Fees:

    • Online Requests: A processing, shipping, and handling charge of ₹500 will apply.

    • In-Store Handover: The ₹500 processing charge is completely waived.

  • Discounts & Gifts: If you received a promotional discount or a free gift during your initial purchase, the equivalent value will be deducted from your exchange/buy-back payout. Alternatively, you can choose to return the free gift in its original condition.
